Adelphi University's 20th Anniversary Conference Logo

Adelphi University's annual Scholarship and Creative Works Conference offers a unique opportunity for hundreds of Adelphi University students to showcase their work as they present their research to fellow students, faculty, family members, alumni, and visitors. I designed the logo as well as participated in this year's conference, which took place on April 25, 2023. Abstract: In Graphic Design II, research-based font design was conducted beginning with secondary research through competitive analysis by researching fonts that are similar in that the characters are all uniquely illustrated yet cohesive. Additionally, a literature/digital review was executed by looking at image-based typography solutions. Primary research was also performed through surveys of other students in order to perfect the font through others' perspectives.
